AudioMysteries.com rents mystery audiobooks on Compact Disc format. Instead of providing a limited selection in a variety of genres, we have decided to specialize in mystery & suspense audiobooks. Our goal is to provide the largest selection of mystery titles for rent of any internet rental site. We are particularly proud of our British mystery audiobooks selection which spans a variety of authors and over 150 titles.

Where possible, we have selected the unabridged version of a title in the belief that our listeners want to hear every word that was written by the author. Because we only rent audiobooks recorded in CD format, many titles are not available. We continue to add new titles every month.

How to Rent Audio Books from AudioMysteries.com

We make it easy to rent audio books. Here is how it works:

You must have an account with us to rent audio books. We require your email address, your name and a mailing address where we can ship your order. We also require a valid credit card number and the billing address for that credit card. Your email address is your account number at AudioMysteries.com

When you rent a book from us you may keep it for a period of 30 days. We calculate that period as starting 5 days after we ship it to you via priority mail from the United States Postal Service. Books are shipped in a prepaid return merchandise mailing box. All you need to do is put all of the discs back in the box you received them in, tape the box shut using the supplied adhesive and drop them in any USPS mailbox. That’s all there is to it.

We authorize your credit card for the rental and shipping charges of items in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. However, we bill your credit card for rental and shipping charges at the time of shipment, not at the time you place your order. If we are unable to ship items, your credit card will only be charged when we can ship them.

All items you order, unless they are unavailable, are sent at the same time. If an item that you have ordered is unavailable, you will be notified by email and allowed to add to your order, ship your order without that item, or wait until that item is available. Separate shipping charges may apply. Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day (weekday) after you place them.

You can rent and have up to three books out at any given time. When you rent books from us you agree to return them in the allocated time period. If the books are returned late, you agree to pay the rental price to keep the book for another 30 days. We will charge your credit card at that time. If you do not return the book within 90 days, we will charge you the retail price of the book less 20% and apply all of your rental charges for that book to the sale price and then charge you any balance due.

Refund policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the books you receive, contact our customer service department by phone within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will authorize you to return your order for a full refund less shipping & handling charges. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of your order at our offices.

Currently, we can only rent books and ship to locations within the United States.

Our books are for your private use only. They may not be reproduced in any way, nor can you charge for others to use or hear them. We are not responsible for the content of our books.
